We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Web Developer (Analytics & Tracking) to join our digital team. In this role, you will implement, manage, and optimize web analytics and tracking solutions to ensure accurate data collection and reporting across our digital platforms. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to support data-driven decision-making and improve overall website performance. * Implement and maintain web analytics and tracking solutions, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking platforms.
* Develop and manage tracking setups for websites, landing pages, and digital marketing campaigns.
* Ensure accurate data collection for user behavior, conversions, and event tracking.
* Troubleshoot tracking issues and resolve data discrepancies across platforms.
* Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to define tracking requirements and KPIs.
* Support website development and optimization through tracking, testing, and performance insights.
* Document tracking implementations, data layers, and processes for internal use.
* Stay up to date with best practices in analytics, privacy regulations, and tracking technologies.
* Hands-on experience with web analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager).
* Basic knowledge of event tracking, conversion tracking, and data layers.
* Understanding of privacy regulations (GDPR, consent management) is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Previous experience in web development, analytics, or digital marketing is preferred.
