Fortitude Protective Services is seeking experienced Licensed Venue Security Guards to join our growing hospitality security team. We service a range of pubs, clubs, bars, and licensed venues across Sydney and are looking for reliable guards who can maintain a safe, enjoyable environment for patrons and staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitoring patron behaviour and ensuring venue safety
* Managing entry, RSA compliance, and ID checks
* Assisting venue staff with crowd control and incident prevention
* Responding to and de-escalating conflicts or safety concerns
* Writing concise incident reports
* Providing excellent customer service while maintaining strong situational awareness
Requirements
* Current NSW Security Licence (mandatory)
* Current First Aid Certificate (mandatory)
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) (mandatory)
* Previous licensed venue or crowd control experience (highly regarded)
* Strong communication and conflict de-escalation skills
* Professional presentation and reliability
* Ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
