As a Concierge Attendant at Crown Towers you will be responsible for enhancing guest satisfaction. You will do this by providing information and securing arrangements on guests' behalf regarding events, activities, transport and additional services to guests during their stay, in accordance with Crown's service standards. Reporting to the Bell Services Manager, you will assist with the smooth and effective day to day operations of the Concierge team actively performing duties of Concierge Services such as booking of tours, transfers and restaurant reservations.
Essential Criteria:
Hotel operations experience
Understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems
Solid computer skills - particularly Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated experience in providing superior service standards and requirements
Proven display of high commitment to improving Customer Service
Solid time management, attention to detail and multitasking skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
Preferred Criteria:
Hospitality or business-related qualification
Hotel operations experience in a frontline role
Experience using OPERA (Hotel Property Management System)
