As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships within your territory to drive revenue and growth through sales.
Job Overview
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will identify and nurture key stakeholder relationships to generate and close sales.
* Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products and services, as well as monitor competitor activity.
* Develop effective relationships with landscape subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous sales experience in Architecture or Construction with a proven ability to work towards targets.
* A sound understanding of landscape design and construction processes.
* Self-motivation and proactivity.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
* Landscape Architecture qualifications and/or experience are highly regarded.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. They will also have a strong understanding of the sales process and be able to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
