Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Aftermarket Parts Sales Manager based at our office in Sydney, Prospect, NSW.
What You Will Do
Drive parts sales and market share growth in the Asia Pacific markets through analysis, analytics, and market intelligence, supporting the sales team on the ground to target specific sales opportunities.
Work with dealers to achieve parts sales objectives, manage sales orders, analyze competitors, and improve market share performance.
Provide leadership to the HYMH Aftermarket Parts team in Asia Pacific and liaise with regional PDC and local 3PL for customer satisfaction.
Forecast, plan, and support the growth of dealer parts and service sales, both directly and via the team.
Create and improve procedures for aftermarket operations to enhance process efficiency and performance.
Develop aftermarket actions to support dealer operations and provide strong customer support in the field.
Ensure parts interpretation services add value to dealers and customers.
Collaborate with parts operation and planning to increase fill rate and optimize inventory levels.
Provide aftermarket support for national and key accounts.

What You Will Need
BS Degree in Sales, Administration, or Engineering.
7-10+ years of leadership experience in sales, service, training, and dealer development.
Strategy development and tactical sales planning skills.
Strong communication skills.
