About the Role:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the full operational management of our warehouse. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing inventory, logistics, staff, and equipment while ensuring safety, efficiency, and industry best practices. The ideal candidate has experience in event hire or production environments, understands the fast-paced nature of event logistics, and can manage multiple simultaneous projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Allocate daily tasks based on event schedules and project priorities
* Plan and schedule workflows to meet tight event timelines
* Ensure proper handling and storage of all event materials to prevent damage
* Maintain an organised, clean, and operationally efficient warehouse
* Manage performance, attendance, and adherence to company policies
* Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company safety standards
* Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
About you
* Previous experience in warehouse management
* Driver's licence and Forklift licence
* Experience within the event hire industry or furniture industry is a huge advantage
* A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
