We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of day‑to‑day site operations across upcoming projects.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the on‑site delivery of construction projects, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors and work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
This role suits someone who takes pride in site leadership, quality outcomes and running well‑organised, safe construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day‑to‑day site operations and construction activities
* Supervise subcontractors, trades and suppliers on site
* Ensure compliance with WHS, quality and environmental requirements
* Coordinate site schedules, deliveries and resources
* Maintain site records, documentation and reporting
* Identify and resolve on‑site issues proactively
* Work closely with Project Managers to achieve program and quality targets
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Foreman in commercial and/or residential construction
* Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination
* Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and site standards
* Ability to lead teams and communicate clearly on site
* Practical, reliable and solutions‑focused approach
* White Card and current driver's licence (essential)
* Trade background or relevant construction qualification (preferred)
* ACT construction experience will be highly regarded.
