Job Description
As an Operations Consultant within our Workforce Solutions team, you’ll be the go-to person for matching nurses to client shifts quickly and effectively. You’ll engage with both new and existing staff, build solid client relationships, and help keep Australia’s healthcare system running smoothly.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that blends customer service, coordination, and problem-solving. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, initiative, and a great sense of humour.
Day to day!
- Rapidly fill client shift requests to ensure high service delivery and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with nurses and healthcare clients.
- Proactively engage available candidates and convert new registrations into active shift workers.
- Work closely with recruitment and after-hours teams to ensure smooth placements.
- Maintain accurate records and communication in internal systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to business growth.

You’re confident, organised, and love a challenge, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ideally, you’ll have experience in scheduling, coordination, recruitment, or customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment where you can help others succeed. Strong attention to detail and solid computer literacy are essential.
