The Opportunity
Décor is seeking a motivated and commercially minded Sales Executive to help grow the brand across independent retailers, distributors and state-based groups.
This is a hands-on sales role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, opening new conversations and seeing the direct impact of their work. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of independent accounts while gaining exposure to distributor-led and emerging national opportunities.
Working closely with the National Business Development Manager, this role offers real development, mentorship and a clear pathway into broader account responsibility over time.
What you'll be doing
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across independent retailers and distributors
* Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and distribution partners
* Represent the Décor brand across distributor and state group networks
* Manage and grow a portfolio of independent retail accounts
* Develop national account capability through hands-on exposure and mentoring
What we're looking for
* Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and starting conversations
* Commercially curious, organised and motivated by results
* Strong storytelling skills and the ability to represent a trusted Australian brand
* Experience in sales, retail, wholesale or distributor environments (consumer goods highly regarded)
* Ambition to grow into larger account and national exposure over time
