About the Role: Are you a transport compliance expert with a passion for safety, operational excellence, and delivering practical solutions? We’re looking for a Senior Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic Team Global Express (TGE) operations. In this role, you’ll be the go-to advisor on transport compliance, industrial frameworks, and operational integrity for our delivery partner network. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how we operate safely, efficiently, and in line with all regulatory obligations—including WHS and Chain of Responsibility (CoR). This is a high-impact position where your insights will directly influence operational performance, risk management, and delivery partner practices. What You’ll Do: Provide expert advice on transport compliance, WHS, and CoR obligations for internal and external delivery partners. Interpret and apply Heads of Agreement, industrial instruments, and legislation to operational processes. Lead compliance audits, process reviews, and risk assessments, recommending practical solutions and mitigations. Review delivery partner processes, documentation, and performance reporting—ensuring compliance integrity and actionable insights for senior management. Mentor and support the Delivery Partner team, building capability and promoting a culture of compliance and accountability. Influence operational decisions with a focus on safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance, embedding best practice across the business. Develop and deliver training, briefings, and communication materials to equip leaders and frontline teams with the knowledge to comply and perform. What We’re Looking For: Transport compliance expertise: Strong knowledge of WHS, CoR obligations, and transport operational frameworks. Commercial acumen: Experience interpreting and applying Heads of Agreement, industrial instruments, and commercial obligations. Operational experience: Exposure to frontline operations, fleet management, or large-scale logistics operations. Analytical mindset: Ability to interpret compliance data and reporting to inform decisions and drive improvement. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to simplify complex compliance requirements. Strong leadership and mentorship capability, influencing others and promoting compliance culture across teams.
