Customer Service Deliveries & Store Person
On behalf of our client, a leading retailer of agricultural supplies and services in Western Victoria, gforce is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Deliveries & Store Person.

Based in Lake Bolac and with stores in Skipton, Tatyoon, Willaura and Derrinallum our client has been a family owned and operated rural retail business for nearly 40 years, offering a wide range or agricultural supplies and services to customers in Western Victoria.
About the Role
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Deliveries & Store Person to join a busy operations team supporting multiple regional branches.
This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring safe and efficient delivery, warehouse and inventory operations. You will play an important role in supporting day-to-day branch activities, maintaining accurate stock control and representing the business positively with customers and the local community.
This position reports to the Operations Manager and operates Monday to Friday, with seasonal Saturday morning work during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Completing branch and customer deliveries accurately and on time
* Safe loading, restraint and unloading of goods
* Providing professional and friendly customer service to internal and external customers
* Maintaining accurate stock control and documentation for all stock movements
* Assisting with stocktakes and inventory management
* Keeping the warehouse, yard and storage areas clean and organised
* Working collaboratively with operations, branch and administration teams
* Ensuring compliance with road safety, chain of responsibility and workplace safety requirements
* Reporting hazards, incidents or maintenance issues and contributing to a safe workplace

* Experience in customer service, logistics, transport or warehousing

* High attention to detail and accuracy
* A proactive and safety-focused attitude
* Reliability, accountability and good organisational skills
* A willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement
Licences & Qualifications
* HR or MC Truck Licence – essential
* Current Driver Licence – essential
* Forklift Licence – preferred
* Agsafe Accreditation – preferred
