About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to deliver outstanding customer service to allocated contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers over the phone and via email in a friendly and professional manner.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to meet and exceed customer needs.
* Develop positive working relationships with other support functions and stakeholders.
* Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
* Maintain accurate data records and ensure consistent execution of end-to-end processes.

About You

* Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
