Property Community Manager
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Property Community Manager to support the delivery of our brand promise. The successful candidate will work closely with the Resident Services Ambassador team to provide an exceptional customer experience, delivering seamless coordination of services and a unified customer experience.
The role involves capturing key customer engagement moments, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and lease documentation, supporting the leasing process, and delivering strategic programs that drive resident retention and enhance the customer experience through partnerships, events, and activations.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a visible presence onsite, driving the resident experience through energetic and memorable interactions, logging and responding to resident complaints and feedback, and presenting the asset(s) in optimal condition.
You will also provide leadership to develop team strengths, skills, and knowledge, fostering engagement and high performance, while adhering to company policies and procedures and meeting all reporting and compliance requirements.
The successful candidate will have prior experience in property management, residential real estate, or hospitality, hold a current Real Estate Agent or Assistant Agent Licence, and possess strong analytical and report writing skills, along with excellent organizational and resource management skills to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
