Facilities Maintenance Position
This is a full-time role for a facilities maintenance professional to join our team in Sydney.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the facility to high standards, ensuring all emergency and preventative maintenance is carried out as per statutory and regulatory requirements. They will also oversee contractors when required and provide IT support within the facility.
* General maintenance activities will include undertaking tasks to a high standard in accordance with established plans and guidelines.
* The role requires a thorough understanding of facility services, including gas, water, and power mains and isolation requirements.
* Previous gardening and maintenance experience is necessary, with aged care or similar facility experience being highly desirable.
