Revolution Paint and Panel are recruiting experienced and qualified PAINTERS for our industrial workshop in Narangba. Our workshop provides spray painting, sandblasting and panel beating - specializing in industrial machinery. Brand new booths recently fitted.
Some of our frequent work includes mining and industrial equipment, insurance and truck smash repairs, and fleet refinishing.
Responsibilities
Spray painting industrial machinery.
Prepping, sanding and cleaning vehicle/equipment to be painted.
Colour matching and paint mixing.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience painting industrial machinery.
Qualified industrial spray painter.
Reliable and punctual.
Ability to work under pressure.
Panel beating experience preferred.
Attention to detail.
Consistent accurate workmanship.
Own PPE / tools.
Comfortable working at heights.
Understanding of surface preparation and finishes.
Ability to understand and complete work to specifications.
Ability to mix correct ratio two-part paint coatings.
Select paints, varnishes and stains to various surfaces using brushes, sprays and rollers.
Use of Wet Film Thickness Gauges and achievement of specified dry film thickness.
Work at heights and in confined spaces; erect scaffolding and ladders.
Cleaning equipment and work areas.
