We are seeking a dedicated individual to drive impactful change in the aged care sector.
Role: Roving Care and Services Lead
This role will involve covering leave occurrences as a Service Manager or Clinical Manager, and guiding Managers within their roles, including onboarding supports.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide clear operational oversight and communicate with community updates collaboratively with the Operations Manager.
* Develop contemporary systems and processes to support delivery of best care outcomes for residents.
* Oversee the resident assessment process to ensure ANACC documentation is completed according to Commonwealth requirements.
* Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, including Aged Care Quality Standards.
* Act as a mentor and promote our vision, purpose, and priorities.
* Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, staff, and external partners.
About You
* Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
* Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record in driving performance excellence.
* Ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with relationship-building abilities.
* Demonstrated understanding and compliance with Aged Care Quality standards.
* Will to travel frequently to various locations.
