Job Title: Experienced Trainer & Assessor
We are seeking a professional Trainer and Assessor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to teach and assess various topics, including Work at Heights, Confined Spaces Entry, Construction Induction Card, Forklift, Elevating Work Platform, and Heavy Vehicle.
The successful applicant will possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask in a busy RTO environment. They will also be able to work as part of a team and autonomously when required, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, and demonstrate solid experience as a Trainer/Assessor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering engaging and relevant training and assessment services (combined theory and practical activities)
* Maintaining equipment, training venues, and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation
* Traveling may be required to deliver training off-site
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong teaching and assessment skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask in a busy RTO environment
* Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
* Demonstrated experience as a Trainer/Assessor
* Current industry skills
