Night Butchers Job Description
Flinders + Co is one of Australia's top meat distributors based in Port Melbourne. They supply some of the world's best meat to restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.
The role involves working with the Night Shift Production Team, portion cutting meat primals, producing gourmet burgers and bespoke sausages, handling and managing a sophisticated dry ageing chiller, and designing new products and lines for food service customers.
* Able to work independently as part of a team.
* Experienced in meat knifehandling or portion cutting.
* Good references required.
