ClickDeck is an modular decking system trusted by builders, designers and homeowners nationwide on residential and commercial projects. We're known for our innovative decking products and great customer service.
We're looking for an organised, friendly and capable Sales Co-ordinator to be the key link between our sales, estimating and warehouse teams, ensuring customers are supported and orders run smoothly from approval to delivery.
The Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, customer communication and problem-solving. You will play a critical role in keeping customer orders and enquiries on track. You will be liasing between the Estimating, Sales and Warehouse teams.
You'll be the day-to-day point of contact that ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
(Product & Software Training provided)
Customer & Sales Support
* Make follow-up calls to customers on existing enquiries and orders
* Answer incoming semi-technical calls and provide confident product guidance
* Reassure customers and offer practical product support and recommendations
* Use HubSpot CRM to identify and action follow-ups
Order & Operations Coordination
* Liaise with freight companies to organise customer deliveries
* Manage and schedule orders that need to be packed and dispatched
* Order materials from suppliers as required
* Work closely with the estimating team to identify and prioritise urgent projects
Administration & Finance Support
* Create invoices using Xero
* Follow up customers regarding outstanding invoices
* Maintain accurate records across systems
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Highly organised and able to manage their time effectively
* Friendly, confident and professional on the phone
* A strong verbal communicator who builds trust with customers
* Technically minded enough to understand our products and provide support
* Comfortable using computers, CRMs and accounting software
Experience in construction, building products or technical sales support is highly regarded, but not essential.
