The Role

As Senior Accountant you will:
- Lead a diverse portfolio of clients spanning companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals
- Deliver end-to-end tax compliance and strategic advisory services
- Prepare and review financial statements, income tax returns, BAS and IAS
- Partner with directors on complex structuring, planning and business growth projects
- Mentor junior staff and play a key role in shaping the team’s future capability
As Manager, you will:
- Lead a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering both compliance and advisory services
- Provide clear, commercially focused tax planning, structuring, and business growth advice
- Oversee workflow management, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Review and sign off on financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory lodgements
- Partner with directors on strategic engagements, client development, and firm-wide initiatives
- Play a key role in growing the advisory division by mentoring staff, supporting new hires, and driving continuous improvement
The Ideal Person
Ideally, you will be a commercially minded, relationship-focused qualified with the following background:
- 3+ years’ (Senior) or 5+ years’ (Manager) experience in public practice
- A degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field
- CA/CPA completed or near completion
- Strong technical tax knowledge across multiple entity structures
- Experience with Xero and other accounting/tax software
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and collaborative approach
Salary / Rate
- $80k - $140k + Super – a broad range is on offer commensurate with your experience and potential
- Full-time position
- Generous WFH flexibility + Free Parking
