The Role
With an extensive pipeline of upcoming works, we are seeking applications from mid to senior level Civil Engineers with previous Tailings experience to join our Perth-based team. The role would offer you the ability to grow your career with a strong technical team around you offering support and mentoring.
Reporting to Principal Engineers, the Civil Engineer will be responsible in assisting with planning and design activities to ensure that a high standard of quality is achieved for the assigned projects. The Civil Engineer is also responsible for providing technical input to project teams to ensure that technical standards and efficiencies are achieved, and that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints.
Our Ideal Candidate
The successful candidates will ideally have:
* A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering. Post-graduate qualification will be highly regarded.
* Minimum of 2-5 years relevant work experience with Tailings in the mining industry.
* AutoCAD and Civil 3D design experience.
* Demonstrated experience in the design of earth fill dams.
* Well-developed computer skills, particularly engineering related and office automation packages.
* Excellent communication and reporting skills.
* A good analytical and problem-solving mind.
* A Commitment to travel interstate and internationally when required.
