Junior Leasing Associate | Sydney | $60k - $65k + SuperKey Responsibilities Conduct property tours and inspections for prospective residents.
Manage tenancy applications and lease documentation from start to finish.
Support resident management, including lease renewals and rent reviews.
Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality.
Follow up on leads promptly to achieve occupancy targets.
Assist with marketing, community engagement, and operational tasks.
Support finance, reporting, WHS, and governance requirements.
Act as a professional ambassador for the property and brand.
