Two ongoing Secondary English Teaching positions
Commencing Term 1, 2026
We are seeking two passionate and dedicated English Teachers to join our team in full-time, ongoing roles.
For one of the positions, it would be highly desirable for applicants to also have the ability to teach HASS.
We also encourage applications from teachers who have experience in other minor subject areas, as well as those who may be seeking a part-time position, as there may be flexibility within our timetabling.
Selection Criteria
The successful candidate must have:
- Relevant teaching qualifications and be registered with the TRBWA
- Current Working with Children Check
- A passion for student success
- Relevant teaching qualifications
- Appropriate teaching experience in English (and HASS or other minor) Learning Area
- Current knowledge and understanding of SCSA WA Curriculum.
- Experience in curriculum differentiation and modifying learning tasks to meet specific educational needs
- A strong focus on assisting students to develop core literacy skills
- Relevant understanding of the teaching, learning, assessment and reporting cycle.
- The ability to work collaboratively to build rapport with students, parents and staff to develop respectful, inclusive and positive working relationships
- Applicants must be supportive of the objectives and ethos of an Anglican education.
