Office Customer Service Officer / Concierge

Not every great real estate career starts in sales or property management.

Some start in customer service - where relationships are built, first impressions are formed, and professionalism is non-negotiable.

Due to continued growth, we're welcoming a highly organised, customer-focused Office Customer Service Officer / Concierge to support our entire agency.

This is a pivotal role - the heartbeat of our office.

About the Role

Working 5 days a week, hours to be discussed. You will be a point of contact for our clients, tenants, landlords and buyers - both in person and across all communication channels.

Your role is to ensure every interaction reflects our values of:

You won't just answer phones.

You'll manage client experiences.

Your Responsibilities


• Assisting with administrative and operational tasks

• High-volume phone and email management

• Clear, professional written communication

• Supporting sales and property management teams

• Booking appointments and coordinating enquiries

This Role Will Suit You If You:


• Have previous customer service experience (real estate experience highly regarded but not essential)

• Communicate confidently and professionally - in person, on the phone and in writing

• Remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks

• Take pride in presentation and organisation

• Are proactive, not reactive

• Enjoy being the glue that holds a team together

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
