About The Role
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Finance Business Partner will support Residence Managers across Victoria (and occasionally interstate) to achieve financial and operational targets. You'll provide detailed analysis, modelling, forecasting and insights to drive operational efficiency and ensure best practice across our residences.
You will work closely with managers to interpret financial results, identify risks and opportunities, and build practical business improvement plans that enhance performance and support high‐quality care.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse monthly financial results and explain variances
* Prepare and monitor Business Improvement Plans
* Provide financial advice to Residence Managers and Support Office leaders
* Conduct detailed labour costing and roster modelling
* Complete income analysis including resident mix and RAD/DAP modelling
* Assist with annual budget preparation and forecasting
* Support Capex planning and procurement review processes
* Extract and analyse data across multiple systems to model best practice
* Build trusted partnerships with operational leaders
About You
You are a strategic, solutions‐focused finance professional who enjoys partnering with operational leaders. You thrive on providing meaningful insights, improving processes, and helping others succeed. You are confident analysing complex data and translating it into clear, practical advice.
You Will Bring
* CA/CPA qualification
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within aged care, health or service‐based industries
* Strong analytical skills and experience with budgeting, forecasting and modelling
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
* Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and travel regularly
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain), Statutory Declaration and driver's licence
