Job Description
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and daily living support to clients with high support needs. This includes assisting with manual handling and use of aids, supporting clients with complex needs and medical requirements, and fostering independence and inclusion in shared living environments.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting high-needs disability clients, confidence in manual handling and use of aids, strong communication and problem-solving skills, flexibility for varied shifts and rostered work, and basic Microsoft Office skills (Word & Outlook). They will also possess a current Driver's Licence, Working With Children Check, NSW NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check.
