**About the Role**
We seek an experienced **Restaurant Supervisor** to take ownership when on shift of the floor & bar operations and assist in the smooth running of the restaurant
Duties include but are not limited to:
- providing excellent service to customers
- assisting in the development of the beverage menu and specials
- providing training to new and existing staff members on daily requirements of their roles, bar & floor staff.
- ensuring compliance with all WH&S and licensing regulations
- ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of floor & bar operations
- Report on a daily basis to the Restaurant Manager feedback on the execution of the shift from other staff etc and general daily running operations.
**About you**
You must be willing to support and lead by example to all food and beverage staff in their general duties as required, such as delivering food, mixing drinks, taking orders, and clearing tables. You will also need some experience at end of day cash handling.
**Is this you?**
- have at least three years' experience in a similar role across lunches and dinners.
- have a passionate motivation to exceed customer expectations through creativity and fresh ideas, balanced with sound practical and financial knowledge of restaurant operations (food & beverage)
- demonstrate and expect high standards across the board (in personal appearance, safety, hygiene, work ethic, and of course, beverage preparation)
- be reliable and trustworthy
- work well in, and support your team
- have excellent communication skills
- be friendly, calm and respectful to both FOH and BOH staff
- Have a current RSA
- Be available across a 7 day week ( lunch and/or dinners)
- Have full work rights to work in Australia
Pay: $65,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
