Your opportunity: Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and ready to make a meaningful impact?
We are looking for a proactive AO2 Administration Officer to join our State Government client.
This is a fast-paced role where your work directly supports important community based initiatives.
Your contribution (key responsibilities and accountabilities) To be successful in this role you will: Perform high-speed, accurate data entry and computer-based processing using specialised management systems.
Scan, organise, and prepare documents while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
Meet performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure all documents are processed within established timeframes.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and assist on the front counter when required.
Handling day-to-day administrative tasks.
Work closely with team members and managers to support various projects and initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile (Key Capabilities): To determine your suitability, we'll assess you on the following capabilities related to this role's key responsibilities: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt quickly to new software.
An exceptional eye for detail and the ability to perform repetitive work according to set procedures.
A proactive approach to addressing errors and a commitment to transparency and continuous improvement.
The ability to speak effectively with people from diverse social, cultural, and educational backgrounds.
