Regional Area Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Centre Directors to establish effective operational systems.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to centre leaders and staff on the Early Years Learning Framework.
* Maintain strong communication networks among staff, children, and families at each centre.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, legislative requirements, and the National Quality Framework.
* Nurture relationships with external agencies through effective communication.
* Manage centre budgets within predetermined guidelines.
* Support managers and staff in achieving their professional goals and high performance levels.
* Efficiently manage internal and external reporting tasks.
Requirements:
* Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent as approved by ACECQA.
* Proven experience as an Area Manager, overseeing multiple childcare services.
* Ability to travel regularly for business purposes.
* Flexibility to travel interstate when required.
* Current WWCC, first aid certification, asthma, and anaphylaxis training.
* High understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.
* Capacity to work independently and develop positive working relationships.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent leadership, people, and time management skills.
* Operational expertise and ability to influence a dispersed team.
* Professional integrity and reliability.
