Global product management is a pivotal role that drives business growth and commercialization. As a Global Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of our HydroFloat Coarse Particle Flotation technology globally.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and own the global product strategy for HydroFloat.
* Drive product positioning, value proposition, and differentiation.
* Conduct market research, VOC interviews, and industry trend analysis.
* Lead go-to-market strategies for new applications and configurations.
* Manage product lifecycle from concept to commercialization.
* Monitor key performance indicators like market share, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of concentrator plants and flotation technology, as well as excellent problem-solving and leadership skills. A degree in Mineral Processing, Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field is required, with an MSc Engineering or MBA preferred.

* 15 years' experience in engineering/mining industries or product management.
