* Support and manage community-based CDP programs.
* Collaborate with participants and community for support strategies and timely responses.

About You:

* Relevant experience and qualifications in CDP or human services.
* Strong communication skills and senior management advisory experience.
* Proven ability to manage finances – experience with federal funded programs advantageous.
* Dedication to maintaining a robust WHS framework.
* Ethical integrity in Community Development Service delivery.
