* Act as a key liaison between customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate parts fulfillment
* Provide expert advice on parts identification, availability, compatibility, and alternatives using multiple systems and resources
* Process customer orders, returns, and transactions with precision, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial controls
* Maintain optimal inventory levels through proactive stock monitoring, cycle counts, and coordination with suppliers and warehouse staff
* Support warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, labeling, and organizing parts to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance
* Mentor and train junior parts personnel, sharing technical knowledge and best practices to build team capability
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and leading small projects to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
* Identify opportunities to upsell complementary products and services, contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction
* Ensure all customer interactions reflect Cummins' commitment to quality, integrity, and excellence
