Integrative Performance is on the lookout for an energetic and motivated **Physical Performance / Strength & Conditioning Coach** to join our team
**The Role**:
- **Lead the charge in long-term athletic development**: Plan and deliver team performance programs for State League NBL1 basketball squads.
- **Individual training sessions**: Implement individual screenings and performance programs for athletes across various sports, focusing on improving movement efficiency and long-term progression.
- **Process driven coaching**: Use screening results in addition to analysis of the movements demands to design targeted training plans to enhance performance and overall athlete development.
- **Team experience**: Whether you've played sports or worked within a team-based sports organisation, you know the value of collaboration and teamwork to develop as a team (required)
- **Basketball knowledge (preferred)**: Experience or knowledge in basketball will set you apart, but it's not essential.
- **Qualifications**: A bachelor's degree in exercise/health science or related fields, and/or ASCA Level 1 accreditation are required (required)
- **Working with Children's Card**: A current card (or ability to obtain one) (required)
- **Evening Availability**: Must be available for sessions on Wednesday evenings from 5:45 - 7:15pm (required)
- Additional availability for other sessions during the week (desirable)
