* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer experiences by being approachable, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic.
* Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
* Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and easily accessible.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
* Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of beer, wine, and spirits, including their characteristics, production methods, and pairing suggestions.
* Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
* Physical Demands: Ability to be on your feet for long periods, lift moderate to heavy weights (up to 17kg), and reach stock shelves.
* Accredited RSA Qualification: Current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification is a legal requirement for employment selling liquor in Australia.
