Experienced Head Chef required. Must have sound knowledge of food preparation, flavour profiles and have a can do attitude. You will be responsible to manage the kitchen as well as BOH staff. Duties will include preparation of breakfast ingredients, daily rotation of meals for our hot bar as well as other business requirements. You will need to manage stock, ordering and have a sound knowledge of costing etc. You must have experience and be able to provide some different flavours as we continue to grow in our cafe. Hours would be 5.30am-2pm Monday to Friday. Attractive salary package for the right candidate.
