Business Development Manager – Health, Wellness & Beauty

McPherson’s is home to some of Australia’s favourite health, wellness, and beauty names – including Lady Jayne, Manicare, Swisspers, Fusion Health, and Dr. LeWinn’s. We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help us grow these brands where it matters most: in pharmacies and health food stores across Newcastle/ Northern NSW .
What you’ll do
* Own and grow a portfolio of high‑potential retail partners
* Drive sales through range expansion, promotions, and stronger distribution
* Execute the “Perfect Store” model – from planograms to displays and POS activation
* Build strong relationships with pharmacists, retail managers, and staff
* Capture and share competitor insights and on-the-ground opportunities
* Report on store-level execution using Salesforce to keep us ahead of the game

About you
* 3+ years’ experience in sales or business development (retail, pharmacy, or FMCG helpful, but not essential)
* Track record of meeting or tracking sales targets
* Strong relationship-builder with a proactive, hands-on approach
* Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
* Able to travel across your territory
