Our client URGENTLY requires a Project Management Support Officer for a 6 months + Contract in Nerang.
The Project Management Support Officer will provide high level human resources and administrative support to the Operations Manager and Operations team. The resource will co-ordinate, maintain and manage records within the Operations Unit and coordinate and organise the delivery of essential administration services and information to both internal and external clients.
Responsibilities include:
* Provide accurate, timely and confidential support to the business Operations Unit teams, including preparation and distribution of documentation, project document control, and supervision and maintenance of the Operations Unit project records management system.
* Ensure the efficient management of all correspondence so that all issues are prioritised and directed to the appropriate officer for action, incorporating the coordination of an effective and efficient project document management system.
* Employee Support and Security Management including coordinate health and safety initiatives, manage security aspects, including gate and building keys, remotes, checking cameras, arranging maintenance.
* Device Management and IT Support Coordination: overseeing the ordering and setup of devices/mobile phones and coordinating issue repairs.
Government experience would be highly advantageous.
