The Company: This organisation was founded in 2024 to fill the urgent gap in aged care; they offer specialist services catering to those suffering from young onset dementia, supporting families through care, connection and advocacy. Our client is now looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Scheduler to join them and play an integral role in the business. This position offers an immediate start and the opportunity to embed yourself in the team and grow an administrative skillset. This will also become a permanent position; thus candidates require full working rights to be considered. The Role: The role is based on-site in Northbridge. The hours are from Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm. Key responsibilities include: · Accurately enter and maintain rosters of 100 staff and schedule data in internal systems · Proactively monitor rosters to ensure all shifts are filled, responding quickly to last-minute gaps due to staff absences or changing client needs · Make outbound phone calls as needed to secure shift coverage, communicate updates, and coordinate with team members · Remain resilient and solutions-focused during periods of stress or when handling urgent requests and challenging conversation · Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all privacy, health, and safety regulations within the aged care environment Your Profile: - Previous experience in administration. - Full working rights with no restrictions (this is a permanent role). - No notice period / ability to start immediately.
