Job Description
ICT Project Manager at UNIQUE BEAUTY AND STYLE PTY LTD, a well‑known Barber (Legacy 78) and (Unique Beauty) Hair and Beauty Saloon establishments, we are seeking a skilled full‑time (at least 38 hours per week) ICT Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Lead the rollout and configuration of new business management software, ensuring it aligns with operational needs across all locations.
* Coordinate system integrations involving the website, CRM, booking platforms, social media tools and e‑commerce systems to ensure data flows smoothly.
* Plan and oversee IT infrastructure upgrades to support the company's expansion into new states and multi‑site operations.
* Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and the overseas development team, ensuring deliverables are met on time.
* Improve internal digital workflows, reporting practices and governance to enhance efficiency and transparency.
* Drive the company's shift toward a more technology‑focused model, supporting staff and departments through process changes and new systems.
* Monitor project timelines, budgets and resource allocations, resolving issues early to keep technology initiatives on track.
* Keep stakeholders informed with clear updates, documentation and progress summaries to support informed decision‑making.
Requirements
* Relevant qualifications or 5 years of experience in lieu of the qualifications.
* At least 1 year of experience.
* A can‑do attitude and ability to work independently.
* Ability to identify, analyse and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
* Experience coordinating with technical teams, vendors, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
* Ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocations.
* Ability to speak Portuguese is a plus.
Position: Full Time Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 Location: 1263 Hay St, West Perth WA 6005
