The Office Manager/Financial Controller plays a critical role in managing and maintaining the administration, human resources and financial operations of the dealership. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and efficient administration and human resources processes. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, proficiency in financial management systems, and the ability to meet regulatory and company KPIs on a daily, fortnightly, monthly, and annual basis.
