Electrical Engineering Graduate Program
Embark on a dynamic two-year journey to launch your career in electrical engineering. As a graduate, you'll work on real projects, gaining hands-on experience in project delivery and management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery, within budget, and meeting safety and quality standards.
* Develop strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
* Manage sub-contractors across various disciplines to align with project goals.
* Assist in preparing project estimates, tender submissions, and developing project schedules.
* Support all phases of the project lifecycle, including tendering, planning, execution, and HSE compliance.
Requirements:
* Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency or suitable Visa with working rights.
* An Engineering degree (Bachelor or higher) in Electrical and/or Electrical & Instrumentation with previous work experience through vacation work or similar, in Australia or New Zealand.
* Ability to work on-site, collaborating closely with the team.
