What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver a first‐class customer experience across phone, email, and online enquiries
* Process quote requests and sales orders accurately and efficiently
* Provide reliable after‐sales support, including freight follow‐ups
* Respond to incoming calls promptly
* Be a valued part of a collaborative, high‐performing internal sales team

Experience & Skills
* Previous experience in customer service or sales
