* Must be available to work weekdays with shifts finishing at 5:30pm
* Available to work some weekends and Thursday evenings
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist (or in a medical/healthcare admin role).
* Confidence using medical software (Best Practice experience highly regarded).
* Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional phone manner.
* Ability to juggle bookings, billing, and patient queries without breaking a sweat.
* Team player who can also work independently.
* A calm, caring, and respectful approach with patients.
What You'll Be Doing
* Greeting patients with a smile (even on Monday mornings).
* Managing phone calls, bookings, recalls, and referrals.
* Processing Medicare, DVA, and private accounts.
* Supporting doctors, nurses, and fellow admin staff with day-to-day tasks.
* Keeping the front desk organised, efficient, and welcoming.
