About The Role
As a Production Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in leading a pharmaceutical production environment while supporting employees to achieve their NDIS goals. You'll ensure production targets are met, maintain quality standards, and foster a safe, collaborative team culture.
Responsibilities
* Motivate and mentor a diverse workforce, promoting safety and compliance with WHS policies.
* Supervise and guide supported employees to meet NDIS goals and commercial outcomes.
* Ensure production meets customer expectations for quality and delivery timeframes.
* Monitor operations, adjust processes, and maintain Good Manufacturing Practice standards.
* Conduct skills training, assessments, and performance reviews in collaboration with Employment Coaches.

Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a production environment.
* Ability to obtain required checks: Working with Children (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card), National Criminal History Check, and an open Driver's Licence.
