Job Description
This role will be responsible for conducting thorough cost analyses and developing innovative solutions to optimize project costs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures are implemented.
As a key member of the team, you will utilize your technical expertise to prepare detailed cost studies, review cost trends, and develop effective cost control strategies.
* Perform routine and non-routine cost estimating, analysis, and control activities.
* Develop and implement project requirements for cost control in accordance with established contractual requirements and objectives.
* Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential cost risks.

Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
* Bechtel experience on Mega projects is required.
* Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing cost engineering functions, including cost estimating, cost control, financial reporting systems, and cost analysis.
* Knowledge in supervision, personnel administration, and training of technical and non-technical personnel.
