The Department of Corporate and Digital Development (DCDD) is a comprehensive, sophisticated central corporate services agency that undertakes a unified enterprise-wide approach to delivering corporate and digital services to Northern Territory Government (NTG) agencies. Situated within DCDD, the Data Services Reporting and Analytics team provides a range of services including, data management & warehousing, data governance, analysis and reporting. As the Senior Reporting Analyst, you provide high-quality, accurate and timely performance management and corporate reporting and analytics that deliver effective business insights for a portfolio of client agencies. Your key responsibilities involve the supervision of staff, ensuring quality client-oriented reporting and analytical services are delivered and continuous improvements to the data gathering and reporting processes. In addition, you will be required to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships to deliver superior outcomes for clients. This role will make good use of your in-depth knowledge and proficiency in the use of reporting and analytics software (SAP Business Objects and/or Microsoft Power BI), strong interpretative and analytical skills and technical leadership in the delivery of data and reporting objectives. Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, Data Science or related field and experience of national or large-scale regional reporting would be highly valued.
