About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse looking for a career pathway change to join our luxury cosmetic clinic in a dynamic full time dual role encompassing a Cosmetic Nurse Mentorship / Clinic Administration.
This position is ideal for a nurse with a passion for aesthetics, an eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering an elevated client experience. You will work within a sophisticated, client-focused environment where professionalism, discretion, and excellence are paramount.
For the right candidate, this role offers the opportunity to undertake comprehensive cosmetic injector training over a structured 12-month period. While prior cosmetic injecting experience is advantageous, it is not essential for a nurse who demonstrates strong clinical foundations, maturity, and a genuine interest in aesthetic medicine.
Key Responsibilities
Cosmetic Nursing
* Deliver personalised client consultations with a focus on natural, refined outcomes
* Perform cosmetic injectable and skin treatments in line with experience and training level
* Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and treatment records
* Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance
Administration & Client Experience
* Front of house duties including; manage bookings, enquiries, and client correspondence with professionalism and discretion
* Provide a polished reception experience, welcoming clients and ensuring comfort and confidentiality
* Process payments and assist with invoicing
* Maintain client records and support clinic systems
* Assist with daily clinic operations, presentation, and stock management
About You
* AHPRA registered nurse (essential)
* Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute setting
* Strong interest in cosmetic and aesthetic medicine
* Cosmetic injecting experience desirable but not essential
* Willingness to commit to a 12-month structured training and development pathway
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of professionalism, presentation, and attention to detail
* Strong organisational and administrative capabilities
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a close-knit team
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for the aesthetics industry
