Role Description
The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating technician schedules, organising site access with clients, and ensuring service works are booked efficiently within the Uptick service management system.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate, schedule, and manage Inspection & Testing (I&T) and repair tasks in Uptick.
* Allocate technicians based on location, skillset, and workload.
* Maintain daily and weekly technician schedules.
* Coordinate site access with clients and confirm access requirements.
* Coordinate technician load‐ups and ensure required tools and parts are available.
Workflow Responsibility
* Progress service requests through to scheduled technician attendance.
* Escalate scheduling issues where tasks cannot progress due to missing information.
KPI – Workflow Efficiency
* Service bookings scheduled within 48 hours of request.
* Technician schedules are maintained with minimal idle time.
