Responsibilities

Positioning and Alignment: Proper alignment and adjustment of parts are crucial. Assemblers position, align, and adjust parts to ensure a proper fit and functionality.
Tool and Equipment Operation: Mechanical assemblers operate various hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and other equipment, to assemble and fasten parts.
Quality Control: They conduct quality control checks throughout the assembly process to ensure that the final product meets specifications.
Troubleshooting and Repair: In some roles, assemblers may be involved in troubleshooting and repairing any issues that arise during the assembly process.
Maintenance and Organization: Maintaining a clean and organized work area is also part of the job, along with basic maintenance of tools and equipment.
