- HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation
- HLTAID010 Provide basic emergency life support

**Our Journey**
We're nearly three years old. Our small, but talented team started with our four tourism and holiday park courses, training our emerging leader in the 40+ caravan and holiday parks that we manage as well as for fee service clients.
Our strategic ambition is simple. As an organisation with deep roots in the communities where we operate as well as our own 4,000+ team members, we are well positioned to broaden our scope to include other accredited training to meet the needs of our business and the community.
In September last year, we added First Aid and CPR to our scope and began exclusively providing these qualifications to our own team. With over 2,000 short courses delivered in the six-months since, demonstrating the significant opportunity for further growth.

We've done a good job up to now, but its time to let an experienced RTO operator take the rein and lead us into an exciting future. The** General Manager, RTO traineeships and partnerships** has financial accountability for the performance of the RTO and accountability to deliver on our strategic objectives for growth.
**Skills and experience that make you stand out...**
ESSENTIAL:
- Experience in successfully managing RTO operations
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Australian Skills Quality Authority, training packaging requirements and AVETMISS
- Demonstrated organisational, project management and administrative skills
- Proven experience in securing state and federal training funding
- Strong business development experience, including sales strategy and developing strategic partnerships
- P&L management, including forecasting and cost management
- Strong website and digital capability to drive enrolment automation and student experience
DESIRABLE:
- TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Experience the aquatics, fitness or tourism industry is desirable but not essential
